End User License Agreement
This agreement is between you and MovieBest, and it covers the app you download from the App Store.
Your licence
We give you a personal licence to use MovieBest on Apple devices that you own or control, under the rules of the App Store. The licence is yours alone and cannot be passed on.
What you may not do
Do not copy, sell, rent or sublicense the app. Do not reverse engineer it or try to extract its source code, except where the law gives you that right.
Ownership
We own the app and everything in it, other than the movie and TV show data, which belongs to its own rights holders.
Apple's role
Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for it. If the app fails to meet a warranty, you may tell Apple and Apple may refund what you paid. Apple and its subsidiaries can enforce this agreement against you as third party beneficiaries of it.
Ending the licence
This licence ends if you break these terms, and when you delete the app.
Changes to this agreement
We update this page as the app develops. We do not send a notice each time, so check back now and then. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
